So when I became ready for my first home I gave them a call. I was helped by a wonderful young man named Joshua, he completely explained the entire process then he got us financing and all our permits as well as everything else that had to be done. I just gave him the needed documents and information and he took care of my wife and I. It was refreshing to experience true customer service in the times we are in. Thanks again to our sales guy Joshua. They kept trying to force me to work with a company they deal with which had a higher interest rate and higher monthly payments.

As we jump into this next chapter of our lives, Beth and I want to thank each and every person involved in the process from beginning to end. The experience is one I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new home. I went to Uncle Roy’s and worked with Ralph. He showed me some beautiful homes and answered all of my questions. He also let me know that it takes time to get a home at this moment due to covid, so I know what to expect. He was very professional, patient and phenomenal to work with.
She ran as middleman for us with each contractor and Live Oak Homes. This was very helpful, as some of them do not want me, as a Circle B, customer to call them, since they are contracted with Circle B. She was extremely friendly and profession at all times. Her customer service skills are what set her above any other companies we tried to deal with. Mr. David was extremely helpful in the last push for closing, he and Ms. Marilyn went the extra mile to ensure that we could close when we needed to without any issues. Mr. Rick, you have some wonderful, courteous, profession, customer service oriented folks working for you.

I was referred to this place by a good friend, boy am I glad I took my friends advise cause there’s a lot that goes into buying a mobile home. I went to Uncle Roy's looking for the perfect home and when I got there the salesman was there waiting for me Ralph. He is amazing, a hardworker, very intelligent, smart, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Ralph works above and beyond to make sure the process is smooth and he explain the process every step of the way.

After all this they have now refunded my deposit and I have to go somewhere else to purchase a home. Not only did they get my hopes up that I could have the home of my dreams only to be shattered, they told me the options I had chosen the factory could no longer do. Very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone which is sad as my family had previously purchased 3 homes from them in the past.

She has treated my family with respect since day 1, she has went above and beyond to make sure we was very happy, & taken well care of. If Marilyn wasn’t available, David was the one who took care of what we needed. We are beyond Blessed to have worked with these two. At least $10K lower than the others companies. Angel Ramos works for Uncle's Roy but also takes care of his customers. Call us today, these prices won't last.
