We were referred at this place for my mother in law’s rehab needs prior to Covid and it’s an awesome facility, very clean and inviting. The Administrative staff is excellent and the girls in the front office are very helpful and sweet. Great therapists and nursing staff, very competent and attentive to the patient’s needs. My mother was admitted to Citrus Care Nursing Center, and we were so happy with the care and love they provided for her. Everyone was very hands-on, and my mother was always happy and a nurse was always with her every time we came to visit her.

I would rate Citrus Nursing Center negative because they sent Dad home with a different patient's medication. It's not clean and I don't think the staff tended to the patients there. He was in a room of three and he got sent back to the hospital because they weren't monitoring him.
